This Week at Friendship:

This Week: Friendship's mission to Love God, Love Others, and Serve has both inside and outside components. On Sunday, February 12, Jody Hooven explores the INSIDE of our mission in our series INSIDE/OUT.
Join us throughout January at Friendship's Lucas Ferry Campus for one of three services every Sunday: 8:20 a.m. (traditional worship), 9:30 or 11:00 a.m. (contemporary worship). You can also join us at Friendship's North Campus (Elkmont) every Sunday at 11:00 a.m. (blended worship).
If you can't make it in person, you can catch each week's message on Friendship TV. Click the TV icon at the left of the date & title to view that message. Click the TV icon in the sidebar (above right) to see our archive of past messages and series.
CORE Groups - Winter 2012
CORE Groups of 6-10 adults are how we at Friendship live as apprentices of Jesus while “on mission” with a few friends. They are more intimate than a CORE Community (of 10-20 adults) and maintain the expectation of regular participation. Many CORE Groups are currently open to new members, but could fill up at any time.
Visit our CORE Groups page for descriptions and details on currently "open" groups, or email coregroups@friendshipumc.org for details.
New Community
Five CORE Communities await you this Wednesday at New Community.
Choose from Contagious Christianity, The Good and Beautiful God, Scouting the Divine and more. Learn more about Wednesdays at Friendship by visiting our New Community page.

Second Saturday
Second Saturday is a family-friendly serving opportunity for Friendship & friends. Whether you’re an individual, family, or small group, you’re welcome to join us as we serve our Limestone County community.
Second Saturday is this week: February 11, from 9 - Noon. We'll be assisting with a Habitat for Humanity project in East Limestone and packing lunches for Backpack Blessings at Cowart Elementary.
These special opportunities come around on the second Saturday of every month. Locations and tasks vary from month to month. Watch for updates and details about upcoming plans, and see photos of past events on our Second Saturday page. For more information on Second Saturday and other serving opportunities, contact celia@friendshipumc.org.
